SKIN DISEASES IN AYURVEDA:

The skin is an important part of the health and well-being of our bodies. Our skin "unites" our entire body under one roof. The skin feels sore, hot and elevated. External and internal damage is easy.

Skin diseases refer to problems in the body.

The lack of inner balance is manifested through the skin. From the Ayur vedic point of view, skin diseases are caused by insufficient energy, so t reatment focuses on harmony and balance for the person. Ayurveda can tr eat chronic skin conditions and chronic diseases such as dermatitis and eczema.

Causes of Skin Diseases:

According to the Ayurvedic point of view, the main source of diseases is poor diet and lifestyle. If you follow a diet or lifestyle that goes against who you are (called your core), you can create imbalances in your bod y that can cause unhealthy skin.

Although any lack of energy can cause skin diseases, it has more to do with pitta imbalance (heat). Any activity that causes a fever or heat in the body will aggravate the pita and cause skin problems.

Ayurveda says that the lethargy of the liver associated with a lack of ene rgy (impaired liver function) can lead to poor skin quality. Toxins in the liver (but) are released through the skin.

Does Ayurveda cure skin diseases?

Before treating skin diseases from an Ayurvedic point of view, it is neces sary to evaluate the person and their skin condition. Our Doctor check a person's food composition, diet and lifestyle, heart rate, and skin health.

The aim of Ayurvedic therapy is to restore energy balance. Treatment in cludes a healthy diet and lifestyle with a balance of food, exercise, herbs, meditation and daily life. There are also many Ayurvedic treatments such as traditional Ayurvedic massage (abhyanga) aimed at restoring balance and promoting healthy skin.

The best treatment for the accumulation of toxins in the body is Ayurvedi c detoxification (panchakarma). As a complete purification and detoxific ation, panchakarma removes all toxins from the body at the cellular level. When the body is cleansed of toxins, balance is achieved and organs, inc luding the skin, begin to work better

Ayurveda always looks for the root of disease. Although there are many h erbs and creams available for temporary treatment of wounds, skin irritations or wounds, Ayurveda always looks to the root cause for the patient to properly heal the body, regain health and get rid of skin symptoms
